Yet another time for me to say that I'm back.

Being absolutely bored at home right now, I decided to entertain this little blog of mine by filling it up with some teeny weeny details that happen through my UNI life thus far.

One thing for sure, Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering in NTU is really a very very tough course. If you are thinking about taking this in future, think twice. I think you need a serious passion for it to go far. Either that or you must be highly optimistic to survive the 4 years. I believe I'm the latter. What differential equations, laplace transform, materials and energy balance, DNA, RNA, spliceosome and that's only for Semester 1. -.- I have thought of changing course but apparently all courses are tough. What if I changed course but realised I'm better off in chemical engineering??? SIGH...

Staying in hall basically form up my UNI life now. I'm like the average NS man out there, booking in to hall on Sunday night, booking out and coming home only on every Friday. I get to come home on Thursday night if I'm lucky enough. Just like them, I don't get to watch TV. HAHA...but 'STEEL' I'm luckier than them cause I get more freedom. I realised how much I love my house now. Though it's cram, at least I have access to essentials like TV, better showering conditions, home cooked food and comfortable bed. I bet my ROOMIE will agree with that.

Talking about my roomie, congratulations darling! I can see that you are much more happier now. :) I know you know I know. But now, I think almost everyone know. I enjoy our HTHT session every late night. It's like a DE-STRESS kinda thing and it's really funny to hear about what we have got to share and have in common. Plus, we ought to stop washing clothes at 3 plus 4 am. You know that when I'm tired, I laugh at the slightest thing (like carrying the laundry basket?). HAHA

Counting down some more days till you are back...... Though you won't see this, but you had better not eat too many ji pa and gain so much weight. =X

I HEART CERON

I'm back from my 5D4N CAC(Cultural Activities camp). Sad to say I didn't survive the entire camp because I had high fever on the last day and had to be sent home to rest. Nevertheless, I enjoyed myself through the entire camp and I made really nice friends. You rock ceron!

Activties included going around NTU, amazing race, shi zi lu kou, beach games, clubbing, sp night, internationaml buffet at kublai khan and mass dance. I particularly enjoyed beach games beacuse we were all so high. Telematch was hiong but we won that. When playing that caterpillar, we had to shout ONE PUSH ONE PUSH till our voices are almost gone. There was wheelbarrow before that and the roll on the sand thing to tpt our ogl for a distance. Though it was quite terrible as sand got into my eyes, actually it's everyone eyes. Painful but the fruit of our labour was worth it. :)

Our favourite phrase when we take photos: WO YAO KAN DAO WO DE LIAN!!! It was an awesome phrase taught by the seniors. Let's wait for the photos to be uploaded then. OG outing soon ceron!

Hall camp next, I hope i recover in time for it.

I camped to watch.....

Today must have been one of the earliest day I woke up not for any activities but of out of my own accord.

The reason? I camped to watch the eclipse!!!

Sadly, I was camping at home with my brother. So camping may not be a good choice of word at all. So i stayed beside the TV starting from 8 am till about 10am. The most exciting part was of course, when the real thing happened which was around 9.23 like that. The rest of the time, I think I was asleep on my comfortable couch. :) Ok, some pictures of my early and relatively exciting morning.

This is what you see in Singapore...

and what you get to see in China.

What a difference. The next time a solar eclipse can last for that long, I will make sure I'm at the right country watching it. :)
